At GSI Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your new apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a similar protective mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
